Applies only to people within the Hospital Authority “Eligible Persons” definition. People outside that definition, including visitors, pay the much higher Non-eligible Person fees.

- Acute general hospital bed
- HK$300 per day
- Specialist clinic
- HK$250 per attendancePlus HK$20 per drug item.
Effective 2026-01-01. Public-sector charges, not insurance premiums and not private-hospital prices.
