01

What a verified review should show

Before displaying a review, the team should confirm it came from a genuine interaction, obtain permission to publish and distinguish opinion from a factual claim. Any date, service description or edited excerpt should be accurate and approved. A review does not establish that another person will receive the same outcome.

02

No invented success stories

There are no verified testimonials or case studies on this page. Do not infer client volume, satisfaction rates, claim outcomes or independent review-platform ratings from the site design. A future case study would need consent and removal of identifying details, without implying a guaranteed outcome.

03

Share feedback without sensitive records

Use the contact channel to describe the service topic and ask how to submit feedback appropriately. Do not include medical reports, policy identifiers or another person’s information in a public review. Ask the team for an approved channel if a complaint needs private supporting material.

04

A complaint is different from a testimonial

For an unresolved service issue, request the applicable complaint process and a written response. A disputed insurer decision should also follow that insurer’s appeal process and relevant deadlines. Any external dispute body’s jurisdiction and eligibility must be checked for the actual issuing entity and case.
