Upload is not available

No file selection or upload is offered. Do not send confidential policy documents or medical reports through a dead form or a general WhatsApp conversation. First ask the adviser to confirm an approved secure review channel and applicable data-handling terms.

A review with clear boundaries

1 · Agree the service

Confirm the adviser’s scope, any fees and data-handling terms. Ask for the approved document channel before sharing a schedule, medical report or policy identifier.

2 · Read the right documents

Use current wording, the benefit table and accepted schedule. A brochure or older quotation cannot establish the benefits or medical acceptance of your current policy.

3 · Clarify gaps in writing

Ask about room category, outpatient, cost sharing, geography, waiting periods and renewal. The issuing insurer must confirm ambiguous benefits and medical terms.

4 · Protect continuity

Compare alternatives only on matched, accepted terms. There is no guaranteed saving or better replacement; do not cancel current insurance before a new start date and medical acceptance are confirmed.

What to prepare

  • Current policy wording, benefit table and schedule version.
  • Renewal date, geographic area, deductible and selected modules.
  • The questions you want clarified: outpatient caps, room limits, authorization or medical exclusions.
  • A matched comparison profile and current quotation documents, if you want to explore alternatives.

How a document-led review should work

First confirm the service, any fees and the approved document channel. An adviser can then identify benefits and questions requiring insurer clarification, compare available options on the same basis and explain limitations. Medical acceptance and claim decisions remain with the insurer; neither savings nor a better replacement is guaranteed.

Start with the actual policy documents.

Ask about an adviser-led review of my existing policy and an approved secure document channel, current wording and the appropriate next steps. No medical records in the initial message.
