Two different families
Worldwide Health Options uses modules; Global Health Plans uses named tiers. The DAC and BINS literature do not establish an identical regional contract.

Worldwide Health Options uses modules; Global Health Plans uses named tiers. The DAC and BINS literature do not establish an identical regional contract.
The November 2024 HK table is historical. No numeric limits from that archive are presented as verified current 2026 benefits.
Entry age, medical underwriting, cooling-off and geographic deductibles need the precise governing clause. They cannot be extended across the Bupa brand.

Bupa Insurance Limited is authorised by the PRA and regulated by FCA and PRA, registration 203332. Bupa Insurance Services Limited is a separate FCA-regulated service entity, registration 312526. Footer states FCA does not regulate Bupa Insurance Limited activities outside the UK. Do not substitute DAC or Hong Kong issuers.
Major Medical, Select, Premier, Elite and Ultimate. Familiar tier names do not establish equivalent benefits across BINS, DAC and Hong Kong contracts.
Per person: Major Medical US$3.4m / €2.5m / £2m; Select US$1.7m / €1.25m / £1m; Premier US$2.55m / €1.875m / £1.5m; Elite US$5.1m / €3.75m / £3m; Ultimate Unlimited. Sublimits apply. Major Medical has a higher overall maximum than Select despite narrower everyday cover.
Tiered Global Health Plans customised through area, deductible and pricing frequency. Major Medical emphasises hospital/cancer/evacuation; broader tiers add everyday benefits. This is not the modular Worldwide Health Options family.
All five tiers list Worldwide or Worldwide without U.S. Select, Premier and Elite additionally list Europe including UK; the European option is not listed for Major Medical or Ultimate.
Worldwide includes USA. The Worldwide without U.S. option lists 28 days emergency US cover across all five tiers, subject to conditions. That exception is not attached to Europe-only cover.
Ultimate has no deductible. Select/Premier/Elite separate outpatient day-to-day from other benefits; outpatient GBP choices 0 / 250 / 500 / 1,000. Major Medical lists GBP0/500/1,000/2,000 for UK residents only and GBP5,000 for UK and Channel Islands residents. Do not drop the residence qualifications.
Annual day-to-day outpatient: Major Medical not covered; Select US$12,800 / €9,400 / £7,500; Premier US$25,500 / €18,750 / £15,000; Elite US$85,000 / €62,500 / £50,000; Ultimate Unlimited. Services retain visit limits and other conditions.
Routine maternity/childbirth on Elite and Ultimate with an 18-month wait; not on Major Medical, Select or Premier. Complications and newborn provisions require separate reading; inclusion is not automatic unlimited cover.
Preventive and routine dental from Premier upward, not Major Medical or Select; six-month waits are stated. Accident-related dental is separate across all tiers. Optical entries and limits must be read in the selected tier table.
Evacuation lists Paid in full across all tiers subject to definitions and approval. Ultimate adds extensions including a separately listed non-medical evacuation benefit; it is not the same package as the lower tiers.
Certain pre-existing conditions may be accepted subject to underwriting. Exclusions state such conditions are excluded unless cover including medical loading has been applied for, with loading on the quote. This is not unconditional acceptance or evidence of a moratorium option.
Many facilities offer cashless settlement for hospital treatment according to the brochure. It does not promise every facility or routine outpatient service will bill directly; verify authorisation and payment guarantee.
The exact May 2026 Bupa Insurance Limited no-upper-entry-age clause has not been recovered. Do not infer new-applicant age eligibility from this April brochure, a quote or renewal terms.
Table lists automatic renewal and no cancellation based on claims pattern/history for all five tiers. This does not promise unchanged premiums/benefits or remove other contractual termination grounds.
The exact Ultimate no-claims 30-day refund clause remains unverified. No universal 30-day Bupa refund is asserted; obtain the applicable issuer and cancellation terms.
Brochure confirms a choice of pricing frequency; exact monthly instalment terms, loading and cancellation implications remain unverified. No monthly premium is supplied.
The DAC brochure from 1 December 2025 uses core Worldwide Medical Insurance with options named Worldwide Medical Plus, Worldwide Medicines and Equipment, Worldwide Wellbeing and Worldwide Evacuation. This modular family should not be treated as the five-tier Hong Kong plan range.
The Worldwide Health Options summary lists overnight/day-case care and inpatient, day-case and outpatient surgical operations in core. Medical Plus lists routine specialist/doctors’ fees and diagnostics; Medicines and Equipment is a separate option. Specified core outpatient-setting benefits do not establish comprehensive routine outpatient cover.
Worldwide Evacuation lists evacuation, repatriation and associated travel benefits in the dated WHO brochure. Do not infer that every Bupa-branded policy includes this module or permits your chosen transport destination. Confirm authorisation, necessity and geographic conditions.
The 1 November 2024 Hong Kong table names Major Medical, Select, Premier, Elite, Ultimate. It illustrates how a regional family can vary by tier, but its amounts are not shown as current 2026 limits. Ask Bupa for a current HK-specific benefit table, policy wording, legal issuer and offer for your residence.
The December 2025 DAC brochure identifies Bupa Global DAC in Ireland. The April 2026 BINS brochure’s legal footer names Bupa Insurance Limited and Bupa Insurance Services Limited. These names and versions must not be interchanged; obtain the actual underwriting entity, not merely a brand or service-company name.
These are buyer questions based on the documented distinctions, not personal recommendations or additional policy promises.
Ask whether the offer is the DAC Worldwide Health Options family. Map routine consultations and tests to Medical Plus, medicines and equipment to their separate option, and transport to the selected evacuation option.
Keep the accepted schedule beside the brochure. Specified core outpatient-setting treatment does not mean every routine appointment or repeat prescription is covered; confirm the exact benefit, contribution and medical acceptance.
Request current Hong Kong wording, a dated benefit table and the legal issuing insurer. The five familiar tier names cannot refresh the November 2024 archive or import the April 2026 BINS brochure’s terms.
Ask for the local deductible basis, geographic restrictions, outpatient package and renewal conditions. Compare those rows on two actual quotations, not just tier names or brochure dates.
Separate new-entry eligibility from continuing an existing policy. Ask the identified issuer to confirm age criteria, medical underwriting and the accepted schedule; a brand-wide no-upper-age statement is not established here.
For an Ultimate offer, request the applicable cancellation clause, when any cooling-off period begins and how a claim affects a refund. The provider’s specific May 2026 age and 30-day refund clauses remain unverified, and no moratorium availability is inferred.

Read the official sourceNo universal rule is established here. The provider refers specifically to a May 2026 Bupa Insurance Limited statement; that exact statement has not been inspected. Confirm issuer-specific current entry rules and medical acceptance, especially for age 75. Do not extend one entity’s statement to DAC or local policies.
No. The provider identifies an Ultimate-specific cooling-off refund of up to 30 days if no claims, but the governing current clause has not been inspected. No refund period is asserted as verified or extended to other tiers. Ask for the exact issuer and plan clause before paying.
No. Confirm the deductible conditions for the actual UK or Channel Islands policy geography. The provider describes fully medically underwritten individual applications, but the exact current application clause is still required here. No individual moratorium availability or medical acceptance is invented.
Not safely by name alone. WHO is a modular family in the inspected DAC document; the HK table is a dated regional five-tier comparison. Match issuing insurer, residence market, benefit version, currency and selected options before comparing limits.
We have not established that. The official download centre still links that older table, but publication of a link is not current confirmation. It is used here only as a historical tier illustration; no old numerical benefits are represented as current.
No. The inspected BINS Global Health Plans brochure has its own issuing-entity and document context. It cannot refresh an HKX table by inference. Request current geographically appropriate Hong Kong wording and a dated quotation.
No such conclusion follows from the summary. Core includes specified treatment settings, while Medical Plus lists everyday consultation and diagnostic benefits and Medicines and Equipment is separate. Read the selected options and benefit conditions.
No automatic individual acceptance is verified here. Even where a brochure discusses certain pre-existing conditions, eligibility, exclusions and the underwriting decision must be recorded in your actual contract.
Use the contacts and process for your exact issuing insurer. Confirm the treating provider’s network status, required approvals and guarantee of payment; a global brand or brochure does not establish cashless access everywhere.
Ask an adviser whether the exact product is available for your residence and request current documents through an appropriate channel. Share medical declarations only through the insurer's secure process, not a general WhatsApp request.
Ask about Bupa Global plan evaluation, current wording and the appropriate next steps. No medical records in the initial message.
